General information

These terms and conditions apply to customers using and/or ordering from www.athletesown.dk. The webshop www.athletesown.dk is owned by Athletes Own ApS, CVR nr.: 35238646; Vængeleddet 3, 2700 Brønshøj, Denmark. We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions without previous notice to the customer. The version of our terms and conditions that applies to your purchase can be found on the website www.athletesown.dk by the time you place your order.

You always have the right to return the ordered items within 14 days after the receipt of your order. You can read more in paragraph “Returns”.

Payment

All prices on athletesown.dk are inclusive VAT. We reserve the rights for print errors, change in prices, missing and delayed deliveries and sold out items.

Security

You can safely use your credit or debit card on athletesown.dk.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return any Athletes Own items. The only thing you need to do when returning goods is to inform us about it. The easiest way to inform us is to send us an e-mail at info@athletesown.dk

You can also exchange an item to a different size or color. If the item is sold out, you will however receive a full refund.

This is how you do it

It would be a great help if you could return the items in unused and original packaging with hangtags etc. We expect you to send the items shortly after you have informed us and after 14 days at the latest. You should make sure that the items are properly packed as you are liable for them until we have received them. Always keep receipts and, if possible, track & trace numbers.

Payment Returns

We will transfer back your money as soon as we have received and inspected your returned items. The amount will be transferred back to the same credit card you have paid the order with or your bank account.

Please keep in mind that we might not refund the whole original amount you paid in case we assess that the items are in a poorer condition because they were being used. It is of course allowed to try the goods on as you would do in an actual shop.

Defects and wrong item(s) received

If you have received an item with manufacturing flaws or defects, or if the item you have received is different from what you originally ordered, just return the item as described above. On receipt and if the defect is accepted by us, we will send you a new item free of charge and we will refund your postage charges. If the item is sold out, we will instead give you a full refund.

According to Danish sales law you have 24 months from when you receive your order to make a complaint.
